chore(project): 🙈 更新项目忽略配置与IDE配置文件

更新根目录.gitignore文件，增强对macOS系统文件、IntelliJ IDEA工作区、Java编译输出、Maven/Gradle构建目录以及其他临时目录的忽略规则。同时新增.idea目录下的.gitignore及标准IDE配置文件（misc.xml, modules.xml, vcs.xml），以保持项目配置的整洁与一致性。
